Mainstreet and Symphony celebrate Symphony of Chesteron

CHESTERTON, Ind. – There is a new state-of-the-art health care option now available in northern Indiana for Hoosiers in need of rehabilitation and therapy. Mainstreet® and Symphony Post Acute Network® are celebrating their newest Next Generation® property together, Symphony of Chesterton.
Located at 2775 Village Point, Symphony of Chesterton provides transitional care (short-stay rehabilitation and therapy) and senior living in a service-rich environment. The property hosted a grand opening celebration this evening.
Construction started on Symphony of Chesterton in May 2015 and the property opened mid-January. Mainstreet developed Symphony of Chesterton and Symphony operates it.

We look forward to providing an unmatched level of post-acute care and senior living accommodations in our state-of-the-art medical resort,” said Tim Fields, president of operations for the Symphony Post Acute Network.
With 106 beds and 77,703 square feet, Symphony of Chesterton boasts hospitality-oriented care with amenities such as a therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a game room, a spa, a movie theatre, an on-site chef and more. The project represents a total community investment of $18.8 million and created 360 construction jobs and 160 permanent jobs.
