July 17, 2016
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Southern Indiana now has a new option for state-of-the-art health care. Mainstreet and Trilogy Health Services are celebrating Stonecroft Health Campus, their newest Next Generation® development in Bloomington.
Located at 363 S. Fieldstone Blvd., Stonecroft Health Campus provides post-acute (short-stay rehabilitation and therapy) and assisted living in a service-rich environment. The property hosted a VIP ribbon cutting this evening.
Construction started on Stonecroft Health Campus in June 2014 and the property is tentatively scheduled to open on July 20. Mainstreet developed Stonecroft Health Campus and Trilogy operates it.
According to Randall Bufford, president and CEO of Trilogy, “Our commitment to a servant leadership culture and our dedication to providing exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers’ expectations are the cornerstones of Trilogy’s operating philosophy. When you combine great services with a team of dedicated and compassionate caregivers in the Mainstreet Next Generation model, the result is an outstanding senior living experience.”
Stonecroft Health Campus was designed to reflect the collegiate community of Bloomington. With 93 beds and 66,197 square feet, the property boasts amenities such as a large therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a movie theatre, a game room, a spa and a bocce ball court. The property also offers a variety of dining options, including an on-site chef, a pub, a kitchen, restaurant-style dining and a juice/smoothie bar. The project represents a total community investment of $13.3 million and created 318 construction jobs and 150 permanent jobs.
“We are transforming the health care industry across the country with our focus on innovative designs and hospitality-oriented care,” said Zeke Turner, founder and CEO of Mainstreet. “Our mission is to give aging Americans what they want so they can get well and get home. We believe Stonecroft Health Campus is a perfect illustration of what health care should be.”
Stonecroft Health Campus will host a community open house for visitors this Sunday, July 19, from 1 – 3 p.m.
