Mainstreet announces new hires

Mainstreet, the nation’s largest developer of post-acute health care properties, is excited to announce the addition of five new members to its award-winning team.
Michael Klingl has joined Mainstreet’s expanding development team as a development director. Michael most recently worked for GreenbergFarrow in Chicago where he served as a senior development manager for more than 15 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Erin Marlow has joined Mainstreet as an administrative assistant. Erin most recently worked at Print Resources in office management and account management roles. She’s also a former teacher, having studied elementary education and psychology at Ball State University.
Lindsey Phipps is another new addition to the development team as a development coordinator. She comes to Mainstreet from The Worth Collection, where she served as an operations specialist. Lindsey is a graduate of Indiana University Kokomo, where she studied communications.
Jason Rodgers is a new construction project manager. His previous experience includes time at Genesis Property Development, Kite Realty Group and Paragon General Contractors. Jason studied construction management at Purdue University.
Sara Shew is Mainstreet’s new concierge. Having studied tourism, conventions and event management at Indiana University, Sara plays an integral role in Mainstreet’s hospitality and assists with event planning. She also applies her skills outside of Mainstreet as a wedding and event planner.
Carmel, Indiana-based Mainstreet develops, finances and jointly operates best-in-class transitional care centers and long-term health care properties.
