Mainstreet’s first student living project is a phased development partnership with Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida. The first phase, a $5.5 million total community investment that boasts 25 units, 100 beds and 35,000 square feet, opened in August of 2016, and quickly became home to its students.
Mainstreet Student Living blends traditional dorm life with the comfort of apartment living. We bring the same innovative and unique perspective that’s made us one of the premier health care property development and investment companies to this new venture.
